Steve Wellard is the General Manager of Sublime Care.
Steve Wellard has a broad range of experiences in leadership and management in both the financial and Disability sectors. His passion for the disability sector spans around 40 years and his involvement has included volunteer work, serving on over 20 Boards and filling various roles such as CEO and General Manager positions.
Steve has served on a number of government advisory and steering committees, including Hunter Regional Development, Clean Up Australia and various local government community committees. Government ministers John Ajaka and Ray Williams both used Steve as a source to appraise their respective governments on the rollout of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Steve is therefore well-versed in research, appraisal and assessment of the sector and communicating high level reports and recommendations.
Maddison Gardner is the Client Services Manager of Sublime Care.
Serving in the industry since 2014, Maddison is an experienced leader behind managing and coordinating services for clients. Her person-centred client approach made Maddison the best at what she does – caring for clients and creating tailored solutions to improve their personal well-being. With the passion and knowledge of working with both support workers and clients, Maddison is an esteemed professional in support coordination and client-worker management.
Her skill set is backed by a bachelor’s degree in Social Science, major in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Relations. Maddison has special skills in people recruitment and allocations, with a high level of attention to details and organisation management. She’s best at finding the right people, perfect for each client and their needs.
Katharine Worgan is the HR Coordinator at Sublime Care.
Having worked in the recruitment industry for the last 6 years, Katharine has gain a broad skills set in recruitment, training and compliance and WHS. She has extensive experience sourcing hard to find talent for unique roles, delivered exceptional candidate and client care during the recruitment process, applied strong attention to detail and initiative to improving business processes, and maintained quality customer service throughout the recruitment process.
Through her career to date she has gained a Certificate IV Human Resources, Diploma in Business, Diploma in Management, and an Advanced Diploma Hospitality Management.
Nicole Meaker is the HR Coordinator at Sublime Care.
Specialising in rostering and employee engagement, Nicole has developed a varied skill set from her 20 years plus experience in Community Services. Her extensive experience includes, supporting-mentoring educator/support workers; supporting participants achieve their goals; policy development and review; compliance and quality improvement; and recruitment and rostering.
Through her career Nicole has gained a Diploma of Community Services, Certificate IV in Leadership, as well as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
