Kosha Homes Services to Support Coordinators

Kosha Homes is a Registered Provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)under the National Insurance Disability Scheme.

We assist Support Coordinators by:

  • Assist participant find their dream home:
    • Exiting SDA Homes: Kosha Homes has a stock of SDA homes participants can choose from. This means participants can move into their homes relatively quickly.
    • Custom built SDA Homes: Kosha Homes work with a number of Investors who are ready to build SDA homes for participants. This means that houses and location are custom built for participants. We can also assist search Medium Term Accommodation while new home for participant is being built.
  • Assist Support Coordinators put forward best possible application for SDA funding (via a partnership. Note Kosha Homes is not Registered for Support Coordination, we will put you in touch with highly skilled and experienced Support Coordinators who will work alongside Support Coordinators to achieve best results for your participants)

Kosha Homes Services to SDA Homes Owners and Investors

Kosha Homes provides highest quality professional services to SDA property owners.

Kosha Homes work with a number of Support Coordinators, Aged Care Facilities, Hospitals, Transitional Housing, Mental Health Facilities, Respite and Rehab facilities to generate referrals so your SDA property is occupied from the time it is ready for occupation.

Our Services to Owners and Investors include:

  • SDA Enrolment and Compliance Management
    • Responsible for dwelling enrolment
    • Responsible for ongoing compliance management of the SDA property
    • Communications with NDIA and NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission
  • Tenant acquisition and Management
    • Sourcing and securing participants
    • Tenant matching services
    • Work with SIL providers to arrange service provision
    • Sourcing Medium Term Accommodation for participants to live in while their new home is being built
  • Property Management
    • Arranging and executing SDA Tenancy Agreements
    • Payment of all property related payments including rates, taxes and suppliers invoices
    • Management of Strata related matters
    • Regular review of the SDA Home
